Bed Configuration: King Size and Extra beds are available on request and subject to availability.
Check In: Guests can leave their luggage with the concierge upon arrival and start enjoying the holiday in the hotel until the room is ready
Connectivity: WIFI connection is available at all the hotel rooms & suites
Credit Card Payment: Credit card payments at the Hotel are made in Rupiah under Indonesian laws and banking requirements. However, your credit card statement will show the amount paid in your home currency at the exchange rates used by your card-issuing bank.
Modification & Cancellation: All modifications & cancellations MUST BE DONE ONLINE at www.goodwayhotelbatam.com by guests. It is guest's responsibility to make sure that they adhere to the proper channel on modifications & cancellations.
Modification upon Check In: Guest will be charged the FULL amount of the booking despite a modified shorten stay.
Passport Validity: Please ensure that you have checked your passport expiry date. Passport requirement varies from country to country and minimum 6-month validity is required to enter Batam Island.
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed in our hotel

Third Person & Child Surcharges: Third person surcharge at S$28 inclusive of breakfast. Third Child (2 to 12 years old) surcharge at $7 for breakfast.
Travel Information: Coming from Singapore, please take the 60-minutes ferry ride from HarbourFront Ferry Terminal direction to Harbourbay Ferry Terminal in Batam. We are only 5-minutes away from Harbourbay Ferry Terminal.
Tropical Fruit Policy: Durian and Mangosteen fruits are not allowed in the resort
Visa to Indonesia: Foreign national guests visiting Indonesia are reminded to obtain the required visa.
