Batam - Indonesia, Goodway Hotel Batam wins Travelers Satisfaction Award 2015 for category The Best Favorite Hotel of the Year 2015?. The presentation of the award was held in Santika Premier Dyandra Medan, 24th 2014. The award was acknowledged by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Arief Yahya and the governor of North Sumatra, Gatot Pujo Nugroho. This award is dedicated to companies or persons who have contributed to give the best services and satisfaction to their customers and also make a great breakthrough in business development.
The program is held annually by Indonesian Achievement Center and organized by Tre Uno Event Management Jakarta. As being part of the agenda of the Ministry of Tourism, the assessors of the award judge the winner based on criteria ; Quality, Performance, Responsibility and Attractiveness.
General Manager of Goodway Hotel Batam, Chris De Silva has been recognized for his performance, creativity and leadership of his management team ever since he has joined the team in 2013. As a result, the hotel guests could feel that there are some improvement on the products and services provided by Goodway Hotel Batam.
It's an honor for us to be acknowledged by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia in delivering satisfactory services to customers, said Chris. He also admits that his hard work is heading in the right direction as this award helps motivate and inspire us to do better and work harder in this competitive industry, especially with many new chain hotels in Batam.
Earlier, Goodway Hotel Batam were also recognized at the Indonesian Improvement Award 2015 held on the 27th February 2015 at the Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta as The Best Hotel with Exceptional Hospitality of the Year.
